Dissapointing

Many scenes did not have any logic behind them. Why exchange 3 infected dogs for another 3 infected dogs? Why do all the random book-reading and PC-using in the apatment? Why not use tongue to kill all the cops? Why do you need to die? What's with the bouncy, cartoonish sounds and noises? What's with the repetative sounds in nearly all scenes?

Another frustrating thing is that you usually start of with a small creature or person who looks just like everyone else, therefore it's hard to spot where you are. I'd suggest pointing to where you are and where you need to start.

This still has a good story and awesome artwork. I think you should create or own gameplay style, not copy the "Visitor" and other Zeebarf works. You should tone down the violence, remove excess unclickable objects on the screen, make the player use more logic in the Creature's actions and still have a great game to which you strive so hard. Good luck.

Pretty good

I was surprised to find that cheats from Half-Life work here.
Also, I found out about the Portal game because of this flash game. Pretty noob of me, I know. Great 2D conversion overall and challenging puzzles, too

Pretty epic.

I gotta say, that having more nukes than any nation in the world, flying at intergalactic speeds, phasing through solid objects, being airborne for hours, recognizing what you hit only by the sound and having more money than any turtle should have is pretty awesome. Good for solid three-hours of blood-shot-eye addicting-as-hell gaming expirience.

Pretty great

Work on this a couple more million years and you might get a zoomable map of the universe. Google Cosmos- how is that?
Anyway it was quite entertaining and scientificly correct. I like it.

Clearly fantastic

The ending is hilarious. Loved the way music wasn't too epic. Also the upgrade system was sweet, esp EMP. I think that the boss could have had a second stage, though. Pretty awesome nonetheless.

Really nice

I expected this to be another point'n'click adventure and I was surprised.
It's still adventure, but with more action and platforming.
I really like the idea of different demensions. And they brought a lot more strategy and puzzle into the mix. Liked the fact that endings of levels are based on which dimension you were in.
Overall it was fun and original, but too easy in my opinion.

I really wanted to do a super dynamic platform engine to give myself a really good challenge, and boy was it ever! As to the game's difficulty to play, for some its too easy, for some too hard.

Hah, so original

Liked it very much, though the moving screen gave me a hard time. Hoping the enemies stop whilst in Tetris mode, I died. Oh well, good game anyway. Hope there'll be more fusions like this (Mega Pac Man or Invade Kong).

Veery good

Better than the previous. Liked the level editor :)
Check out my "the game: the game"

Nice, but needs a lot of imrovements

People complain that its too hard and I agree. I guess the game is difficult because the player doesn't gain temporary invincibility when he's hit ("Flinching" or blinking) that's why it totally doesn't matter how much health you've got, you can be eliminated by one projectile.

About projectiles. It's really nice that they turn into coins, but there's just too many of them. Avoiding them is impossible and coincs are nor rewarding.

Enemies appear waaay too fast. Collecting cash and other usefull stuff is hard because the instant you defeat a bad guy- another one imeddiatly comes, and crashing into him means death.

There are few Levels and are too long. Add shorter levels and more pick-ups (not cash). I found myself replaying the first level about 5 times, before completing it. And in that time I got about 3 ranks or so. I believe it should be possible of finishing the entire game without any upgrades, which could've been done if there was easy, hard level selection.

Navigation is ok, cuz the dragon moves as fast as your mouse, with some slight delays. But the mouse often moves out of the screen making the player a stationary target, so most of the annoyence comes from that.

Lagging doesn't occur too much, but it's still a pesky feature of this game. You can deal with by decreasing the number of enemies/projectiles on the screen at the same time.

Near the end of the game (and yes I got there somehow) I found myself avoiding combat in places where shots won't get me. I don't whether that's good or bad for this game, so I'm just letting the players know, that there are places where you can rest, recharge bars and avoid damage.

Music...well there's not too much of it. The song's in every level, making a bit boring. Music adds epicness to games and gives the player fighting spirit (persistence, agressiveness and other emotions). Therefore I strongly urge you not to miss a vital aspect, like music, because there other unbeatable games out there, which people like, mostly because of the music. Just adding a diffirent song every other level will improve gaming expirience.

And to complete the longest review in my life, I'd like to tell you that you shouldn't give up. The game was nice and you should make a sequel, with improvements of course.

Very nice game

The music, sounds, story, nature and the fact that you don't have a health bar give the game a magical aura. Because of that I felt totally relaxed- that's until I met the first darkling. And the boss complete scared my pants off! That's not a bad thing, cause that means you gain total control over gamer's mood.
Great game, a bit hard, but passable. Good job :)
